I am having trouble joining the Google Classroom site for my course. What do I do?
The problem may be caused by the settings on your domain's Google Workspace. If you are an admin, do the following:
Please go to admin.google.com > Apps > "Additional Google services" > click on "Classroom" > Class Settings > Which classes can users in your domain join > Any G Suite class
If you are not, contact your admin and request permission. Alternately, you can use a different email address to join the site.
